About Me

I have specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)and Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), two modalities with a proven record of helping people with OCD and OC-related struggles. I also participate in ongoing consultation and supervision from experts in the field of OCD and anxiety treatment, and have completed training inMetacognitive Therapy (MCT). My practice is grounded in principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I believe that how we relate to our thoughts and feelings matters just as much as what we think and feel.

As an anxiety and OCD therapist serving clients in-person in Lake Charles, Louisiana, as well as throughout Louisiana via telehealth, my passion is in providing evidence-based treatment that helps pre-teens, teens and adults take back control of their lives from anxiety.

I have worked extensively with adults, teens, and kids struggling with anxiety and OCD since the beginning of my career, and I pride myself on delivering effective and compassionate OCD and anxiety therapy in an area where it can be hard to access. My clinical style is laid-back and solution-focused, and clients often describe me as humorous, curious, non-judgemental, and open. I offer in-person sessions in Lake Charles and online therapy to clients throughout Louisiana.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two girls, playing music, and watching way too much NBA basketball. Go Rockets!
